Our main priority is the health and safety of our guests and supporters. With that in mind, we will be taking the following precautions to keep our event safe!
- Three separate event times with a maximum of 230 people at each
- Event will be held in our warehouse to ensure maximum space and air flow
- Tables will seat a maximum of 6 people and tables will be set 6’ apart from one another
- Guests will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire and take their temperatures before entering
- All guests and staff will wear masks except when eating or drinking
- Venue will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each session and high contact areas will be serviced throughout the event
- Hand Sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event
- Food service will be handled by skilled, reputable caterers who have experience and training in safe Covid-19 food handling
We hope you will come out and join us for this year’s event, but if you do not feel comfortable in doing so we are offering virtual options as well!
